Day 363: 271 lbs
Back from my vacation, and I sort of succeeded in sticking to my diet. I didn't lose any weight, but I didn't gain any, either.
Of the five days of the vacation, I only slipped off my diet one day. Some of the others I went over my 1,500 calorie quota, but never more than 2,000 calories. That could be low, though, because I wasn't as disciplined about recording my food as I should have been.
Unrelated note: the actual one-year date for my diet is on Saturday.
