Day 369: 269 lbs

I had a bit of a diet scare yesterday when at lunch I grabbed a big glob of hummus to go with the rest of my lunch before checking the nutrition label.

After all, hummus is really healthy, right? It's practically a vegetable!

After I finished the meal, I started plugging everything into my diet tracker and discovered that the hummus was more calories than the whole rest of the meal put together. It left me with only 200 calories for dinner.

I recovered, though, and ended the day with a dozen or so calories left over. I had a really light dinner, and snacked on veggies all afternoon.

So in the end, I stuck to my diet.
