Day 370: 270 lbs

I had my business lunch yesterday, and that was (as they always are) impossible to count the calories for. I estimated it at 700 calories, which was almost certainly too low, but with that estimate I finished the day with about 60 calories left over.

The business lunch is one of those impossible diet situations. You have to go (if you want to further your career), you have no control over where you go, and the venue is inevitably one with lots of rich, rich food and few if any low-calorie alternatives.

The wheels of commerce are greased with saturated fat.
