Day 371: 272 lbs
I was pretty good about my diet yesterday--not perfect, since I didn't measure all my portions at dinner, and I went about 40 calories over my 1,500 calorie quota.
I'm a little concerned about gaining two pounds since yesterday (and three since Wednesday). I'm not sure if I should be chalking this up to shot-term fluctuations and water, or if I ate a lot more yesterday and the day before than I realized.
As keeps happening, every time I get a little sloppy about my diet--and I think I was just slightly sloppy the last two days--it spirals out of control. This time I need to stop the cycle in the bud, and work the sloppiness out.
