Day 377: 269 lbs
I finished the day with about 50 calories left over yesterday. Having a goodly supply of fresh veggies available at the office makes a big difference.
It probably also helps that this week there aren't any readily available snack-food items.
I'm tired this morning, though: I had trouble getting to sleep last night, but the alarm to get up in the morning is relentless as always. I hope being tired won't hurt my diet today, but it does tend to make resisting temptation harder.
