Day 394: 277 lbs
A week of breaking my diet has finally caught up with me. I knew that string of being 272 lbs every day I didn't diet wouldn't last.
Motivation seems to be the key issue here. I'm not sure why, but I have been spectacularly unmotivated to stick to my diet the past week or so; maybe its because I've been having trouble sustaining it for more than a few days. Success breeds success, but failure can also breed failure.
I'm going to make a serious run at it today. If I can stick to my diet today, then I can work on tomorrow. The goal remains, long term, to get down to 195 lbs, but in the short term I'll have to take it one day at a time.
