Day 405: 277 lbs
Yesterday went better than the day before on my new diet, though it still wasn't perfect. I ended the day with about 30 calories left over, but estimated my calorie count for lunch and part of dinner.
On the other hand, I think I did a better job estimating than the day before.
The three pounds I lost is all the "easy weight" I always lose at the start of a new diet. Its mostly water, intestinal contents, and other stuff that's not actually fat. It also comes right back when I go off a diet. So nothing to get too excited about yet.
