Day 409: 278 lbs
I pretty much stuck to my diet yesterday. I had two problems: one was estimating how much I ate at lunch (it was our Monday office lunch meeting), and the other was I had a small snack just before bedtime which put me about 100 calories over my 1,500 calorie quota.
The snack was fruit and milk, so at least it was healthy. That's small consolation, though, because I should have resisted the temptation completely.
The good news, though, was that I actually was feeling a bit hungry at the end of the day. That means that I was pretty good about sticking to the diet.
