Day 410: 277 lbs
Getting a little bit better, day by day....
Yesterday was a bit better than Monday. I stayed under my 1,500 calorie quota, though I didn't do such a good job of measuring what I ate for lunch (dinner, though, I measured).
I'm finding that a pot of decaf coffee is just the thing to help me stay on-diet. There seems to be something very satisfying about the hot, thick liquid which keeps my cravings under control.
