Day 416: 278 lbs
I nearly did it yesterday: I had an almost-perfect diet day. I lost a pound, too.
The one thing I could have done better was measure what I ate for lunch, but I even did reasonably well at that.
Most importantly: I stared Temptation in the face, and Temptation blinked first. When I reached my calorie quota of 1,500 calories, I stopped eating.
This is a good start.
