Day 418: 276 lbs
I was mostly good on my diet yesterday, too, though my weight didn't change.
I'm not sure what the difference is between this week and last week. It seems a lot easier to resist temptation and stick to my diet this week.
But since being successful on a diet is at least 75% about forming new habits, I'm going to run with this as long as I can. Wish me luck.
P.S. Today I'm working from home, which might make the diet more, um, interesting. Wish me luck on that, too.
