Day 434 (Day 6 of the Resurgence): 273 lbs
I had another mostly-good diet day yesterday, with two exceptions: (1) I went out for lunch, and so couldn't precisely measure my portions, and (2) I went about 20 calories over my 1,500 calorie quota.
In the grand scheme of things neither of these is a major problem, but I don't want to repeat them often.
On the positive side, I lost another two pounds. Obviously that wasn't burned fat, but I think it was the usual "easy weight" which comes off at the beginning of any diet (or Resurgence as the case may be, though I'm still trying to figure out how a diet can surge). Some of the weight is real, of course, but the bulk of it is water, intestinal contents (ewwww!), and so forth.
All of which means that if I go off the diet, all that easy weight will come right back right away.
