Day 442: (Day 14 of the Resurgence) 273 lbs

There was no change in my weight since yesterday. It was a bit of a tough day, since we had a sort of mini-Thanksgiving, with turkey, potatoes, etc. I both went a couple hundred calories over my quota (officially), and didn't measure my portions at dinner.

There was no change in my weight.

For the real Thanksgiving, I will need to fast all day except for the dinner itself. I didn't do that yesterday, and I think it hurt.
