Day 447 (Day 19 of the Resurgence): 272 lbs

Yesterday was a pretty good day. I didn't do as good a job as I would have liked at measuring my portions at dinner, but neither did I go overboard. I ended the day with a couple calories left over, and there was no change in my weight.

I am reminded that there are worse things than being a little overweight: my two-month-old nephew is in the hospital today with a growth in his windpipe which will need to be surgically removed.
