Day 450: 274 lbs
Well, I stuck to my calorie quota of 1,500 calories yesterday, but didn't do a very good job of measuring my portions. Of the two keys (measuring portions, and staying under 1,500 calories), I think measuring my portions is more important. That's because if I'm careful about measuring how much I ate, at least I know how much I'm eating. If I don't, then I don't really know if I stuck to my quota or not.
My punishment was to gain a pound.
The real challenge is still to come. If I can make it through Thanksgiving, then I think I get some sort of special diet mojo points.
