Day 457: 277 lbs

I pretty much blew it yesterday, and went completely off my diet. I've been good for a few weeks, so that hasn't happened in a while.

I gained a pound in cosmic retribution, too.

I'm hoping that today will be back to normal, and no more crazy holiday eating.
