Day 472: 283 lbs
Yesterday I at least made a pretty good go at my diet. Still didn't quite make it through the day, but at least I didn't give up before I even started.
I gained another couple pounds, too. Some of that may just be water weight, but the fluctuations are getting alarmingly high.
I really need to start focusing on dropping some serious poundage here, and not just the first ten which always come off easily. I need to be shooting for losing 20, 30, or more. 20 would just get me back to where I was a few months ago.
