Day 474: 276 lbs
I finally managed to have a good diet day yesterday....and lost seven pounds!
Of course that's not real weight. I didn't exercise enough to burn 21,000 calories yesterday. But I did manage to stay under my 1,500 calorie quota, and measure nearly all my portions. There were just a couple things which I didn't measure.
The fact that my body decided to shed some water and other material at the same time is a bonus.
It's a little mystifying, too: seven pounds is a lot of water (nearly a gallon), and it didn't seem like I was eliminating that much stuff yesterday. Normally I would suspect that the scale is wonky, but I use a doctor's-style balance beam scale, which is supposed to be accurate to well under a pound. I check the calibration daily, so nobody is playing games with me.
