Day 475: 278 lbs
I was pretty good on my diet yesterday. I wasn't perfect, since I didn't measure all my portions at dinner, but I did measure them every time else, and I ended the day with exactly 1,500 calories consumed.
I did gain two pounds, though. But then I knew that yesterday's weight was a little too good to be true. I still don't know why it dropped (or fluctuated) so much, but whatever. Stuff like that happens.
