Day 489: 285 lbs
I lost the diet again yesterday, and gained a pound.
I'm not sure what it will take to get me back on track.
Is it the realization that I'm now almost as close to my pre-diet weight as I am to my lowest dieting weight?
Is it pants that are starting to get tight again?
Or do I just need more sleep and less stress?
One way or another, it's gotta happen.
