Day 490: 285 lbs
At least I tried to diet yesterday. The day went OK until dinnertime, when I couldn't hold myself to my calorie limit. There was no change in my weight.
Intellectually, I really want to get back on track. I don't know if my body is on board yet, though. There's one more big Christmas celebration for the family (tomorrow, if the weather holds), so I'm not quite out of the woods on that one yet.
I hope I can get back on track today. To that end, here are some reasons to lose weight:
* So my clothes fit (or are even loose)
* So I look better
* So I fit in airplane seats better
* So I could, if I wanted to, pick up loose women in bars. Not that I really want to, but it'd be nice to have the option.
