Day 512: 280 lbs

There's no way to sugar-coat this. I did fine on my diet yesterday until dinnertime, when I blew it.

Okay, that's not so different than the rest of this week, but perhaps the degree of blowing it was worse.

This dinnertime snacking has become a habit, and a bad one at that. I need to break it, and steer myself towards diet-friendly snacks. Fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, a cup of (decaf) coffee, that kind of thing.
