Day 513: 281 lbs

Once again, I did well yesterday until dinnertime. I didn't blow it as badly as on Friday, but this is clearly a bad habit I need to break.

You have to take a diet one day at a time. For today, I'm going to do my best to have a perfect diet day. The best way I know to do that is to make sure I have lots of approved diet-friendly snacks around (mainly fresh fruit and vegetables), and redirect any temptation in that direction.

It seems that the reptile part of my brain (eat! eat!) has gotten good at outsmarting my thinking brain again. It knows when my guard is down, and gets me to eat then.
