Day 515: 280 lbs
Yesterday was not quite perfect, but I finally broke the dinnertime snacking habit. I finished the day with just a handful of calories left in my 1,500 calorie quota, and while I didn't measure my portions at dinner as carefully as I should have, I was a whole lot better than the past few days.
Losing a few pounds was a nice acknowledgement of the success.
So I guess I'm back to practicing the hard skill of avoiding temptation. Stay Busy seems to be a key: "When idle, be not alone. When alone, be not idle."
