Day 530: 286 lbs
Yesterday I pretty much did not diet at all. Ugh. I snacked all day at the office, didn't keep track of what I ate, and generally wasn't with the program.
A coworker yesterday mentioned that he'd used Buddhist meditation techniques many years ago to quit smoking (he learned the mediation in the navy--I didn't want to ask). He basically willed himself to become a nonsmoker. I wonder if that would work with dieting? Too bad I'm not Buddhist.
