Day 552: 289 lbs
I'm worried that I've been pretty good on my diet lately, but haven't lost any weight. I thought I was sticking to the rules yesterday (for the most part anyway), but weight loss has not been forthcoming.
In the past this has usually meant that I've been dealing in a fair bit of self-deception: eating far larger portions than I thought, or far more "healthy" snacks than I should. To be fair, eating a lot of salty foods will also cause me to gain weight (over a few days) as I retain water.
I suspect that I haven't been as good as I thought, since I haven't been feeling as hungry as I should if I was truly cutting my calories.
I'll keep working at it.
