Day 557: 287 lbs

I did a pretty good job of sticking to my diet yesterday. There were just a couple of things which slipped under the radar and didn't get properly logged, probably a few hundred calories total.

The real goal is to be perfect, though, and to be hungry. If I'm not hungry, then I'm not really sticking to my diet. The psychological trick is to get used to the hunger and not let it distract me out of the diet.
