Day 559: 290 lbs
The same problem yesterday: I was good during the day, then slipped off my diet at dinnertime. What I really need is a handy supply of diversionary food: stuff I can chew on to keep my mouth busy when I'm tempted to eat more than I should. Things like carrots, celery, peapods, etc.
Tonight will be a little different, as I have a meeting which goes late, and I won't be home for dinner at the same time as the rest of the family. We'll see how it goes.
