Day 560: 285 lbs
I finally did it, I had a perfect diet day yesterday! And I lost five pounds, which (more than anything else) proves that I really hadn't been eating so much.
Of course, most of that weight is water and gut contents--nobody loses five pounds of fat in a day unless he's in the Tour de France. Still, it shows that there's less stuff in me than there was at this time yesterday.
Today's challenge is to repeat the feat.
