Day 577: 296 lbs
Ouch, that hurts. I didn't make much of an attempt on my diet yesterday, but gaining six pounds is a little much. Ten pounds in just a couple days. A lot of that has to be water of course, but it still hurts.
It's time to get serious about my diet again. Every day has to be 100%--no slacking off in the evening, or forgetting to write something down during the day. Unless I want to be right back where I started.
