Day 578: 290 lbs
Okay, I did it. One day on my diet, honestly, with no cheating and tracking my calories carefully.
Oh, and I lost six pounds (which I had put on just the day before, but hey I can still count it, right?)
Now I need to get through a second day. Then a third, and then....several thousand.
Dieting is a rest-of-my-life kind of thing (at least for me), but getting started is the hardest.
If I can make it through today, that's a good sign. If I'm still on it in a week, then I can start to be optimistic that this round might work.
