Day 582: 285 lbs
Okay, I lost another couple pounds, so my worry yesterday about getting stuck in a rut already may have been premature.
I was OK on my diet yesterday: the one problem was that I went out to eat for lunch. So the calorie count for that meal is a complete guess. But other than that, I logged everything, measured my portions (I even put my slice of Red Barron pizza on the diet scale), and stuck to my quota.
So that makes, what, five days in a row of good dietude? That's a start.
