Day 585: 287 lbs
I was a good boy yesterday, sticking to my diet all day and logging everything I ate. I lost a pound for my trouble.
The one thing I didn't do as well as I should have was measure my portions at dinner, but dinner was fairly light so I don't think I went overboard then (if anything, I might have overestimated how much I ate).
Today I need to repeat the feat.
