Day 594: 290 lbs
Same story again yesterday: I did well on my diet right up to dinnertime, when I went overboard.
Another thing which has been bugging me lately: lack of exercise. When I first started the diet I was splitting and stacking firewood like a maniac, since I didn't have enough and winter was coming. Last spring, I got most of my firewood put away early. So I haven't been exercising as much for a number of months, and didn't really consciously realize it.
Fortunately, there's more wood to be split and stacked.
