Day 602: 290 lbs

I pretty much stuck to my diet yesterday, and even though I didn't carefully track my dinner portions, I'm pretty sure I was OK there. And I dropped a couple pounds on the scales.

I've been getting an hour or so of good solid exercise (mainly splitting and moving firewood, which is part strength part aerobic and always works up a good sweat) nearly every day for a week. I don't know if it's helping my diet any yet, but if nothing else it gets me out of the house for a while so I'm not tempted to snack.

The big thing right now is I have to be more careful about tracking my portions, especially at dinner.
