Day 604: 298 lbs
Aw, maaaaaan!
I'm off my diet for three days, and here I am just a hair shy of three hundred pounds.
I really don't have a magic bullet for losing weight (duh!), but I obviously need to (a) eat less, and (b) exercise more). Well, I'm doing (b) anyway, and I've been getting out in the yard and doing heavy work for at least an hour almost every day for the past couple weeks.
So I need to start eating less.
