Day 631: 293 lbs
Yesterday made five in a row: five days on my diet without dropping off. Yaa! I also lost a pound, though that just put me back to where I was a couple days ago.
I am a little concerned that the usual big initial drop in my weight when I start a new diet was muted in this case--it could be that I'm not being as diet-compliant as I think. Or it could be that I'm retaining water for some reason. I don't know.
