Day 313: 272 lbs
Did I say I was going back on my diet yesterday? I meant today. Yesterday I blew it. I consumed about 2,000 calories over my 1,500 calorie quota, thus proving (yet again!) that bad habits are easy to acquire, not so easy to get rid of.
The next couple days are going to be hard on my diet since I have business lunches, but I'm determined to make it work. The trick will be figuring out exactly what I'm eating and getting the calorie count right.
